Researcher & Professor at CASS Institute of Industrial Economics, State Councilor
Currently serves as a researcher at the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, State Councilor, Executive Director of the China Enterprise Management Research Association, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and expert member of the National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Review Committee. She has published 14 academic monographs. As a key member, she has participated in more than ten national natural science and social science foundation key projects, and has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (3rd Prize, 1999), China Development Award (1st Prize, 1998), Sun Yefang Economic Science Paper Award (1998), the first Jiang Yiwei Enterprise Reform and Development Academic Fund Outstanding Research Report Award (1998), and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award. While engaged in theoretical research, she also serves as a management consultant and consulting expert, providing beneficial services to government departments and enterprises.
